I hard wired the fan with a relay to the ACC. I am going to wait till Carlisle to see if I can score a controller deal.

Here is the gauge installed next to the cig adapter. I also installed an indicator light to show if the fan has power about the headunit and below the passenger seatbelt light. I bought a blue one but it comes on green almost exactly matching my stock guage color

The gauge has electro luminescent lighting like the stock gauges and has a range of colors, the light green looks the closest.

It shows actual temperatures and my truck hovers around 190.

I might eventually plasti dip the silver bezel black to match and hide it better.

Good spot to put the gauge if you don't mount it on the pillar! Looks good and in the picture the coloring looks almost identical..damn man your trucks stick? Now I really like your truck

Thanks! the manual shift is a big reason i bought this truck. The only way to get it i believe was with the ST. Mine didn't have any options, but i have added cruise control and remote keyless entry so that helps alot. Looking to do a dimming mirror and overhead console soon. It would be nice to find the font middle jump seat so my whole fam could fit in it.

I was driving like a madman yesterday and my temp hit 240+ so i believe that shows that my fan just can't keep up. I just ordered this:
http://www.flex-a-lite.com/auto/html...c_s-blade.html

I got it for $225 shipped from autoplicity which includes a built in controller. It should fit nice and tight on my aluminum rad.

I did mine old school. I just used a simple thermostat, like this.
Amazon Amazon

I then used these thermostats to control 2 relays that switch the fans on and off. That way you have no amperage going through the stats. Works well, but that all in one unit looks pretty neat. It will be interesting to see if it fits the rad good or not.

Novo, do you think that your new radiator gives you better cooling than your stock one? I would buy one if you know it does. I have been looking for a double pass rad to fit our trucks for some time.

I would think so, but mine is manual so it doesn't have the tranny cooler.
