Offer them $9500 and make sure it has had at least some of the front end work already done to it. I bought my 06 ST Crew w/ 76K on the clock, V8 4x4 and Cruise for $9000 and it was stupid clean one owner. Yours being a Quad SLT, makes it a bit more valuable but the miles knock that right down. If it is truly well taken care of I say it sounds like a solid deal.
