Default Sqeaking front end

Hey all, my truck has recently started making a sqeaking noise and I'm trying to narrow down what it could be. I'm thinking its a strut anymore, but lets see what you all think.

I first heard it when I went over a speed bump, it squeaked going up and coming down off the bump, and now anymore it does it on any bump. it doesn't bounce repeatedly like the strut is completely shot though. I can hear it if I listen for it when someone gets out of the truck on the passenger side. I crawled underneath but can't see anything that looks wrong, while I was underneath I WD40d everything I thought might squeak but its still doing it a day later. The truck is a '05 and I've done nothing to the suspension so far. having said all that, what do you all think?

Thanks

sway bar link and or a ball joint. you can replace both with moog parts, and you see if that works, or for starters, fill those ball joints up with some grease and see if that tones down or stops the squeaking. if the ball joint is bad that grease will just leak out and itll squeak again,.

Sway bar bushings... shoot it with some silicone lube unless its sloppy loose. I just went through this.

My truck started squeaking when steering and when going over bumps. Turned out to be a bad lower ball joint on the drivers side. I also had bolts seizing up in the bushing sleeves of the lower control arms.
