So I'm sitting at my desk, supposed to be working but reading the service manual and I'm wondering. The service manual says using premium fuel is not necessary, however I was told that with my engine being the 4.7L V8 High Output, I should always use Premium fuel. I have done so for 7 Years now and its done just fine, but now I'm wondering if I have wasted a lot of money. Does anyone else use only premium or am I the only one?

ive heard over and over that it is HIGHLy suggested to run premium fuel for the HO's. i do not have one so i cant say for myself but other members have said running reg fuel in their HO's made the truck run like poop.
