You have to remove the factory rails in order to install the Backflip. It takes about 5 minutes to uninstall them.

I have the Fold-A-Cover. I love it because I can access from the back by the tailgate or I can access it from the front by the cab. Both ends lock up and I installed the bracket on the tail gate so that when you close and lock the cover the tailgate is also locked. Mine was the G4 Elite model. www.steffensautomotive.com
It seals out the elements well. I've had it for 5 years and still looks great.
