I get noise with mine, BUT Im 99% sure its the wiring harness/Wire Loom on the Drivers Side by the frame the shock spring is rubbing on when it bounces sometimes. I noticed it was VERY close when I installed mine. I might try to move it up or hold it closer to the frame to prevent it.

You buy the Quick-Struts from Rockauto?
I want to buy them, but with shipping its only $100 less then getting new struts and having them installed here D: So Im waiting to get them done and my 1.5" Leveling kit installed at the same time.

Yes, they are from Rock Auto. Total cost was 340.06 including shipping. Got a 16.06 discount with a code from this forum. 708F53BE9EDA. Good till 10/6/12.

My son is going to help with the install, and the underside of my truck is VERY clean and rust free. Don't think it has ever been off the pavement..... Maybe we'll take pics of install. (son knows how to post pics)

My harness was close to spring also, (moved it a little) but I doubt it very much if that would cause any noise. Maybe not tight enough?? Check that out. Could have shifted some while driving.

I don't hear any noise off of mine. You get the noise even driving in a straight line over bumps? Could be a defective shock too... and you're right it's very close to that wiring harness... I didn't move mine.

I'm a step ahead of you man..haha I thought that would do the trick but no luck. Mine is completely out of the way now. It probably won't go through the loom but it is a worthy precaution to take..
