So saturday it finally rained here some much needed rain on our wheat farms. While driving around, in town, and not in too many big puddles, I have been hearing some noises coming from behind my dash. It kinda sounds like a bug is behind the dash trying to get out, but it aint there when its off. now i know its not a bug. It almost sounds like an electrical 'zaping', but i aint sure.

What should I do???
