If that was the case then they could have labeled it 05-11..I don't think there really is an aftermarket for the 08+ fascia. It is either OEM (black or chrome) and then maybe aftermarket OEM replicas

If you can't get a 2in lift in I wouldn't get a bigger, more complicated lift to resolve the issue.

ditto^^....

the 6" lift is way more complicated than the simple leveling kit.

I'm not trying to jump down your throat or anything but I'd hold off on the 6" lift if I were you. There's a big difference between a challenge like installing a Mark VIII fan and installing something that changes all the geometry in the front end of your vehicle that if not done right can seriously injure you and others. I'm not saying anything negative about the kit and I'm not aiming to insult anyone but if your having a significant amount of difficulty with a 2" lift spacer then a 6" reconstruction of the front end....Lemme put it this way, I rebuilt the front of my truck with minimal issue, did the leveling kit no problem, rebuild suspension systems on most vehicles with limited issues and I wouldn't attempt a 6" lift on my dak.

so i found my issue with my truck
i started wondering why the spacers didnt kit so i went thru this forum cover to cover and nobody else has had the problem i had so i took my truck to a close by dodge dealer and asked them to take a peek and tell me what they thought before i even said anything the them
so this mechanic comes out opens the hood does his walk around doesnt see anything takes the truck in puts it on a lift and as soon as he walked under it he said that my truck does not have the original dakota framing. so he looked deeper and the whole front end of my truck has been rebuilt and whoever built it did not use the dodge front end they use something different but he said he didnt know wat it was

so i bought a salvaged truck from a dealership in TX that supposedly had that truck traded in with no problems with it.......talk about smacked in the face

I auto carfax the truck and see if there is a record of it. That sounds very weird.

the plot thickens.......yeah,thats definitely a "what the ....?"
definitely need some pics of this mystery front end to possibly figure out whats going on.

the phone # of a good lawyer may also be a smart start.if it was sold as a clear title & isnt, maybe you can get out of the deal.
