Default Hit again

Sowhile away at work my truck was hit yet again but now by some young kid. I was looking into new bumpers but may be considering a roll pan now.

That sucks, I would be pissed if that happened to me.

Looking at that, It might end up with a new bedside . I would tell them to NOT fill that with bondo if it didnt hammer out enough (Which they most likely will with the one above the tail light, I dont think that will hammer out, and not need to be filled afair bit, because of all the bends in the body the truck has there.
The bottom and the side would hammer out pretty well.

The bumper, total lose, id say even the Drivers side plastic to, so they would replace both, or id make them, so you dont have one faded and the other new.

Id make sure that the bumper beign pushed in didnt affect anything underneath awell.
For Roll pans, I think there is a few Fiberglass ones out there, but Steel are becoming very Rare, as I think Sir Michel's where the only ones, and they are out of business now I think.

Do you know who? Can you prove it (witnesses, camera, etc.)? What about their insurance?

i just need to get a quote for the person insurance. if over 2k they will send an adjuster to come look at it other wise they will cut the check.

My gf's mother saw it happen and seeing as i was parked legally and not in the truck the other guy is at fault. he was backing out a suburban from an adjacent driveway.

I was looking at the street scenes roll pan but haven't really looked anywhere else yet

Forget a roll pan. You need a stronger bumper for next time.

A good body guy can fix that without replacing panels. I backed into a concrete pillar last year and it caved in the bed side, he was able to pull it out and make it look like nothing happened. Good luck with everything .
