my truck did the same thing, I had to get out of truck shut door and lock door with my key, not the fob, wait a second or so, and unlock door with key, for some reason if the door is locked and someone tries to open the door, the security system goes into a mode, my truck has done this several times, mostly all of my fault trying to open a locked door
