squeak in front driver side

Default squeak in front driver side

hey guys got a hell of a squeak coming from my front drivers side of my truck. its an 07 with 65k miles, put new tie rods on about 5k ago. just cant tell where its coming from. it does it when turning the wheel, driving down the road, or rocking the truck. sprayed the whole front end with a silcone spray helped a little but not much, was wondering if you guys got any ideas. thanks

I am having the same issue ... I believe it is my lower control arm bushing that the Shock mounts to...

I had a issue with one of the bolts on my drivers side fender... the bolt was loose and the washer was rattling... i made a post about it last week

A mechanic told me on all 07' and above that the lower control arm has an internal bushing, so once it goes bad the whole lower control arm needs to be replaced. Any truth to this? BTW I have the same problem on my passenger side suspension...It seems to be coming from the lower control arm where it bolts onto the frame- 07 Dakota with 85K

Guys it could be the lower control arm bushings are seized OR as in my case it was the lower ball joints! Jack the vehicles up and try and move the joint with a pry bar and even if it moves a little the ball joints are shot. Search the forum for lower ball joint and I have a short video if you have 4X4 on how to remove the whole spindle assembly together.
