Default Mods, where can I find the write ups

Hello all i am new here and now a dakota first time owner. I love my truck just want a hair more horse out of it. With that being said, Where can I find the wright ups on the mods I've heard about.
I have a 2011 big horn Dakota. 3.7 v6. I've put on a flowmaster
Single in and duel out. And a cold air intake. So far I've heard of a different
Fan setup, colder therm, Bigger throttle body, and I wanna do them
ASAP. And where can I pick all this up at.

It works decently well...most write ups have tags...

EDIT: also the FAQs section is pretty helpful...

Gears will help you. 3.7 makes decent power at higher rpm. Get some 4.10's.

Not much for mods for the 3.7L, I think someone makes a tuner now. Personally I wouldnt spend a much on the motor, If I wanted to I would have just bought a 4.7L haha
Only things I can think of are
CAI
Exhaust
Bigger TB
Tuner (one is made now I think, for the 3.7L)
Could always lose some weight, Spare Tire, ect haha

I have an 07 Commander with 4.7 and my wife has an 05 Grand Cherokee with a 3.7. The Commander definitely has more off the line but the Cherokee is faster from 60 to 80. If you get further up in rpm's, it's not bad.
