Default Heartthrob exhaust

Hey guys i am looking to put a new exhaust kit on my truck and im not trying to spend a ton of money. I was wondering if anyone has heard of heartthrob before and how they are.

I'm not seeing any muffler in the pictures, so I'm gonna say it's damn loud, and not in a good way.

OH! ahah l thought the long exhaust tips were mufflers at first never mind than. Thats the last tghing i want my truck is too loud as is im tired of it. And im tired of everyone in my truck falling asleep because of the drone

I don't think there should be any fear of anyone falling asleep with that exhaust system installed

The "tips" are the mufflers. They are basicly glasspack mufflers. Heartthrob is who makes the glass pack mufflers.

I had one on my 96 ram, loved it, simple install, but mine came with a single in dual out muffler

yeah looks like glass packs at the tips. just throwing it out there it says it is only 2.25" piping..that's what concerns me

plus you can get MBRP stainless for not much more

exhaust shop might tell you screw with the y-pipe..my guy did. the cross member is in the way and he claimed there was no way of installing it without it being a huge clusterf*ck. I kind of got mad at him though. He wanted to put the truck back on the lift and show me the difference between my magnaflow Y vs the stock one. I told him I knew exactly what the stock one looks like and then we ended up arguing over the power gains. I still have it since it was cheap but have not brought it to another shop yet.

Well I'm going to be installing myself. So ill figure it out I honestly don't see how anything is in the way. But I could be wrong
