inner tie rods

Not to steal this thread but I just had my 08 Laramie 4x4 in to get new tires. They told me that when they checked the alignment that the tie rods and ball joints were bad. They did not specify wether inner or outer tie rod or upper or lower ball joints. They quoted $619 plus tax for the job including alignment. So I would assume its not all all the above. If they are even in deed bad I will do the work my self. I completely rebuilt the front end of my wife's junk jeep before we sold it.
My question is there one or the other that would go bad first or should I just replace everything? I might take it to another shop and ask for a free alignment check to see if they find the same problem. Suspension doesn't really make any noise and only pulls to the right slightly.
Also Moog inner tire rod is part number Ev800099

Well FOr one thanks for the moog part number! and 2 one thingd i do recomend is if your replacing one side replace the other aswell. Like if you do one lower balljoint, do the other. As for which one usualy goes bad put a jack under the lower control arm and jack it up until the tir comes off the ground and wiggle the wheel left and right and either feel which has play or have someone else under the truck looking at the tie rod to see whether its the inner tie rod or tie rod end
just checked rockauto. 23.79 for inners. go to dodge -dakota -2006 -steering(not suspension)
