Default Tube on rear axle

I've got a tube on the driver's side rear axle of my Dakota. It seems to be getting into my load leveler springs:

Is the something with the ABS? I couldn't determine what it is from the service manual. Anyone know if the bracket on the upper left is adjustable or do I need to zip tie it so it doesn't get crushed? Thanks.

x2. Just pull it out of the way.

It is simply a piece of hose, that allows air to vent out of the housing, as explained...

You can just zip tie it out of the way, or extend it to move it out of the way, just make sure the end stays high and dry, and attached to the plate on the frame. If its not getting truly pinched its probably fine like that.

Just keep in mind if you zip tie it over or try to manipulate its position that it is really only just long enough when the suspension is fully extended or off the ground.

For example, if you tried to zip tie it back by that wire and brake cable in the background, it would probablly get pulled off the axle when the suspension is fully extended. Get a longer piece of hose if you go that route.

Yeah I pushed it away and it keeps bending back... I don't remember it being in the way when I changed the shocks out... I'll have to see what I can do. Thanks!
