Default High flow cat for a 3.7 : yay or nay?

Hi, im wondering if it would be of any benefit to replace the oem cats on my 07 dakota v6 with high flow cats? Im looking at the spintechs in particular, but would certainly entertain something cheaper as well. Do any of you think they are worth the investment or is oem good enough? Im a noob here and would like some opinions... Any other solid brands? Did it help your mpg or make your car louder? Thanks in advance.

I think the restriction in the Dakota's exhaust sistem is the y-pipe if you could replace that and add a Programmer, the high flow cat would be worth it.

I had spintech highflow cats on mine and they were a huge improvement. With that being said, I was running 14psi of boost, lol. For stock or minimal modding I would say no. If you plan on cams, boost, nitrous, etc. then I would say yes.
