Default Replacement speakers!?!?

Okay, looking to replace the $hitty factory door speakers. Im gonna do the fronts first, what size fits and what type of speaker should i look for? I want a direct drop in with no other modification to the truck. Thanks in advance. =)

Ohh and whats better mid range or full range, im not too smart when it comes to this stuff lol. i just want it loud ;P

You want a full range coaxial.. crutchfield cost more but provide wire harness and adapters to make it easy. 6.5"

My fav is kicker, I changed mine out with a kicker coaxail best sound quality and wasn't expensive

this is after I punched in year make and model..why don't they recommend 6.5" speakers? quad cab btw..although I think they are the same all around

edit: I scrolled down and the DS60's were also recommended which are a 6.5" diameter

quick question for you guys that have upgraded your speakers, is it difficult taking out the old ones and putting in the new ones? I really want to get new speakers for my truck, just trying to decide if i can pull it off myself or not. Thanks in advance
