Default Steering wheel shakes

Ok so today i was helping my sister bf move some **** when i moved my truck out of the way for another truck to get by and pulled my truck onto the side of the road(actually what i thought was the side of the road but was actually a steep blown over ditch) well anyways i needed help getting out because how steep it was. Once i got out i drove back to my place and noticed a violent shaking in the steering wheel going straight after about 75kph it got to the point where i was scared to drive any further but i did anyways . Heres a picture of my truck A1BD96CE-18CF-433D-9C1A-1F8CF374C7CD-248-0000001F0FF7EFEC.jpg

So what your saying is that i probably only need a tie rod and not a whole new rack!? Because if its only a tie rod thats a big relief

might need the rack..it isn't too expensive and comes with new inner tie rods on it..but it you get a new rack you may as well purchase new outer tie rods as well.

Ive heard Tie-rods failing (snapping, breaking) can cause the tire to turn outward, snapping it off or causing bad damage, but this could be the upper tie-rod, not sure.

Tires aren't cheap. If you drive it like that.. You will destroy them. Not to mention, if you sneeze at the wrong moment the bastid is going to try and toss you in a ditch somewhere.

Like 06Dak4.7Silver said, the tie rods are fairly inexpensive.
Replace both the inner and outer on that side, And be good to go for a few years.
