Default Aftermarket Radio

I just got a 07 Dakota and I am looking to put in a new double din radio, butI need a dash kit for it and I can't find one. Any help??

Company called Metra makes kits that most shops use. Search for them or try ebay.

Like Dragon05 says Metra makes a good kit for mounting the Double Din radio. As far as the bezel goes so some folks have modified their own bezel's. If you do a search on bezel's your find some good pictures.

One thing to keep in mind, you may have a support bar in the back of the dash that the current radio is designed to slip under. If so you might have to cut out or notch out (depends on how good you are with a saw ) before a double din radio will fit. I had to cut the support bar out in order to fit my double din (Jensen VM 9424) radio.

If you don't want to cut or notch the support bar then the only other option is a dodge NAV unit since it will have the designed notch in the rear of the unit.

Also, a unit with a flip out screen could solve the problem.
