Heavy duty cooling
Needs to be custom made/fabbed unless you can find one in a bigger truck to fit.
I looked into it a bit, and you MAY find one on ebay or something
Why are you needing the cooling?
I know that my truck seemed to be getting hot and overworked when towing, HOWEVER, I added a large transmission cooler, and it worked WONDERS for my truck.

Yea trucks runnin kinda to warm for comfort when going up hill coming home from work. Weather here is usually about 80 to 85 degrees in afternoon gota go from sea level to 3000ft. gets up to 3/4 on temp guage sometimes. when I finnaly level off on highway it takes long time to cool back down to just below 1/2 way. which by the way when at idle the temp in radiator is 200 to 205 according to digital thermometer. that reading is at filler neck. I kinda think thats to warm. new waterpump about 4mos new theromstat oe had 180 deg napa.but temp was creeping up just the same so removed installed oe 195 seems to work better at keeping temp more normal untill almost top of hill sorry for long post any ideas would help thank you guys

It is about 2" thicker and 6" taller. Had to build a new lower mount for it and move everything forward by 2" but never had another overheating problem towing my 5th wheel all summer long.

I seriously would like that.
But, the transmission cooler really made a big difference on my truck, and here's why:
Your stock transmission lines run into the radiator to cool off the fluid. Your transmission is junk. Most Dodge ones are, I hate to say. They run hot. It heats up your radiator like crazy fast. Eliminate it from the radiator, OR, like I did, run it through a separate cooler first, and then into the radiator lines.
It's worth the try of 30-50 bucks from the parts store to see how much it helps.
Much cheaper than a custom made radiator.
And EV, was that radiator before or after your conversion?
Love it btw!!!! Absolutely nuts. Yeah, you can pull a 5th wheel with that diesel, no duh... Prolly pull tandems

Tahnks for the input guys i think due to $issues ill try the trans cooler first and see how that works. was there any special fittings or just cut trans lines and use hose clamps?
I seriously would like that.

If you buy a big enough one you can do away with the one in the rad which will help even more with engine cooling.
On a recent Ranger EV conversion we went with a nice trans cooler that has a thermal switch and fan so its a whole trans cooling system on its own and can be mounted under the truck, not in front of the rad where it then transfers heat to the rad.
The monster rad was after the Cummins.
We made it from the west coast to the prairies on the stock rad but then started to see the temp climbing so I went for the big rad.
Packed that damn stock rad all the way to the east cost and back because I was too cheap to throw it away

Not sure if this one comes with a thermal sw but its easy to add or on a gas vehicle its probably OK to just run the fan from the ignition sw.
The one we installed was on an electric Ranger so it was just mounted where the stock engine rad used to be. I have mounted these up under the truck box with good results.
I even had a whole engine rad mounted under the pickup box on a Ford 302 V8 powered Datsun P/U but that was 30 years ago.
Since it has its own fan its not important to be in direct airflow. You just don't want to mount it in a dead zone with no airflow.
Should fit on the drivers side of the trans bolted to the frame rail?
I cant remember whats there in front of the gas tank.
I have my power clutch booster mounted there so there should be room for a cooler.
Just keep it away from the exhaust.

Get the HHR E-Fan and to little 8" pusher fans. I let the stock radiator that come with the 3.7 even after I swapped the 5.3l lsx. When I added to pusher fans the raidiator doesn't get hotter the 195 200 in the summer time
