Transmission Pan Replacement
Called my Mechanic today, It will cost around $260cad, to have the Pan Replaced and filters Done, along with new fluid and gasket/sealant. Having it towed over tomorrow by the same company that pulled me outta the woods when I got stuck haha
Still might get the Aluminum pan in the summer, to avoid it rusting thru later on.

Around here, that price would get you a fluid & filter change at a garage - the dealership is more expensive. At $260 with the pan thrown in, you're getting a reasonable deal, you'll only get a cheaper deal if you do it yourself, but at approximately $50 for the filter kit, and about the same for the pan, and then the fluid, you wouldn't get away for much less than half of that for parts alone. If you wait until it's warm and then crawl under your truck, you can strip the thin coat of paint from the outside of the pan and re-do it with POR-15, you'll end up with a "bullet proof" finish that will allow that pan to last for longer than you'll keep the truck.
It took my existing one, 7 or so years and a snow bank to be damaged so.
Upgrading unless I have a issue isnt high on my list, btw the Aluminum one is $210 us + $68 shipping If I was to get it.
And the weather we have had hear makes doing it myself highly unlikely with not garage :/ or Id do it myself lol
The aluminum one adds a little more protection, and Cooling, as the Fins help cooling, and so does the addition 1 to 1 1/2 quartz

Go with cheap pan. Unfortunately if you had the engine idling while being towed you have have damaged the tranny. The pump in the tranny would still have been trying to pump and there is a pretty good chance you've burned out the pump.
The one saving grace you have is that the hole isn't right in the bottom so maybe there was enough oil in it to keep the pump lubed and cool.
Either way I wouldn't spend $200 on a fancy oil pan until you know the tranny is OK.

Trannys fine, Only lost 1/2-1 quart more then a normal Filter and fluid change.
I booked it for tomorrow, and had it towed over mid day today. they had the time to get it done today.

haha I have it turned off to get a longer record time.
My first reaction was to just straighten the wheel once I knew I wasnt going to be able to turn enough even if it got traction haha.
In the Video you can see me sit on the bank for abit, at first I just figured it was stuck so I called my dad.
