Well, I'm still looking and I have another question. I know I have 265/70R16s now. Would it be possible to go wider without rubbing and if so, what size would that be?

265/70/16 is the widest and biggest tire size that you can fit on stock suspension, period.

I haven't tried out those tires, but 'Comfort' being the lowest rated stat on the page would worry me. But there are plenty of good reviews on them.

Well I'm also about to get new shocks and struts, Monroe sensa-tracs in the back and probably rancho struts up front. Does that change anything?

That will change nothing. Do a little searching and researching. There is plenty of info on tire sizes in the stickies. For exampe:
