Default bad ball joint?

My 06 dakota started making this insane screeching noise over small dips & bumps in the road. Two days later, it is now making the same noise when you turn the steering wheel while you are sitting still.
Neighbor checked and said it is the drivers bottom ball joint on the drivers side. Control arm bushings at 32,000 now this at 40,000. What the hell is wrong with these front ends?

Cheaply made. Upgrade to moog greaseable and you'll never have to worry about them again.

Update to yesterdays post. Took to front end shop today and got more bad news. Not only is the bottom ball joint bad, both outer tie rods are real bad. Relacing with moog parts and alignment -$470.

Sounds about right......just did mine.....tie rod ends, end links, control arm bushings, ball joints. Had new dimpled/slotted brakes with new pads put on while it was all apart. Can't find the right size stabilizer bar bushings. Any ideas?
