I have a 05 Dakota and had a buddy hook up a diagnosis tool and "implausible fuel volume signal" was received. the fuse is intact and then it said to check the C1 block junction. Where is the C1 block junction?

The C1 junction is part of the fuse panel under the hood. Which section I could not tell you. I might be able to look more tomorrow and see what i can come up with.

By any chance did it give any further info besides C1? like "check Block C1" "Junction B7"
