Default 3" body lift on a 6speed--I say YES!

How come on a standard 03 or 04 Dakota a 3" body lift will work? But,on a 05 it will not? Does anyone know what needs to be done for it to work onthe 05? I want to know specifically why, so I can fab up what is needed to makeit work!

My theory is that it is due to the shifter dropping3in's, and it not working with the console, which is a easy fix or something to do with the clutch linkage.
Any Ideas, I already contacted the manufacture and no luck.
I really want to make this work!

I think the main reason is because of the hydraulic clutch line not being able to stretch another 3".

Thats something I can make! Easy DAY!!! Hopefully it works.
Do you know where the hydaulic clutch line is at? Would I have to drop tranny to get to it?

No, you can locate the line from the slave cylinder. It has a special connection that is not common on most hydraulic lines. Also, once you remove the line, you may want to purchase a new slave that comes with a bleeder valve, as our factory slaves do not have a way to bleed the system. I am currently working on a solution for this...

Ok, that is the entire assembly that comes pre-filled from the dealership. You will need to extend the bottom line between the master cylinder and the slave. I have thought about taking off the line and sending it to a shop. The problem is its my DD.
