Default Yay or Nay?

Hello everyone, haven't been on in a while and I did this a while back. I like it, but I wanted to see everyones opinion on this. I shaved all emblems and did a plasti dip tailgate. In the finished pic it still has painters tape on there (I did take it off ) let me know what ya think, Good thing with plasti dip is, it can peel right off .

Tail lights will be blacked out soon

And if you would all be so kind, so I don't go crazy and spam with new threads, I guess I'm asking for opinions on other mods on my truck....I did the grille plasti dip, came out great with the black wire (older post with pics on here somewhere) and fog lights behind the grille. I want a more aggressive looking truck so what I want to do is just get bigger tires (with black steel wheels) and do a body lift or leveling kit. This is my first truck so I don't know anything about suspension on these trucks. I just want it to look more aggressive. It's a 2wd yes, V6 yes, I dont plan on doing any extreme off roading or hill climbing, just want it to look better, I get confused when I read topics on leveling kits and blocks....any tips would be greatly appreciated!

First thing, lose the tailgate. Not digging the blackout treatment...

Throw up other pics of the truck, advice or ideas to bounce need to be based off the truck and it's look, it's all gotta match. Like the tailgate, doesn't fit with the stock nature of the truck.

I actually like it. I think once you black out the tail lights it will complete the look a lot more.

Looks nice and clean. Will definitely look better with the taillights blacked out.

Kinda looks funny all by itself. Black out the tails. Should look better then.

Tint the tail lights and paint the bumpers black and it would look good.

Thanks for the replies guys...I will have to get a full shot of the truck, it's not a gaudy as you may think. I'll get pics and post if it ever stops raining. Hopefully getting new rims for it soon (thinking 16 or 17 inch black steel with bigger more aggressive tires) I'll figure that out soon.

Just a tip, I would NOT go any smaller than the stock size on the rims, which is 16 inches. If you go smaller then you run the chance of the rotors/calipers and drums not fitting as they are engineered to fit into the inside of a 17 inch wheel well.
