Default Time For Struts

So like the title says, it's about time for new struts. But I have a dilemma. Now I'm either getting Ranchos or Monroes and I'm leaning towards the Monroes since I already have Monroe SensaTracs in the rear and they're awesome. The thing is, when I look online to order them, I see two different items. I see the struts, and those are like $100 and something. But then there's strut assemblies with the coil springs on there and those are over $200. My question is, which should I get? And does it matter that I plan to get a leveling kit?
I really don't know what to get.
The truck is a '05 Dak 4.7 4WD.

From what I've seen and heard, unless you are doing an good amount of off road or rough terrain driving, coil springs usually don't go bad. In either case, if you are planning to install them yourself you are going to have to use a spring compressor to get them on. The extra cost between them is because you are not only getting new coil springs, but also upper strut mounts (which after 125K miles I've had to replace both driver and passenger). In my opinion, I think it's probably better to just get the struts themselves, but if you got the money to splurge go for the whole package.
