Saw this video of a guy making a heat shield for his intake manifold. Since mine is off already and I'm cleaning it up to paint it I was thinking if it's worth it, maybe I should put one on mine too.

Any of you guys heard of doing this? Is it worth it? Does it work?

Thanks for the input, I figured as much...now just gotta figure out the best way to clean the inside of my Intake Manifold.
