Default high pitch ringing until i hit breaks

been happening for a few weeks.
super annoying
high pitch ringin noise, at about 40-60 KM/PH
it will stop when i pump the breaks .....is it the squeelers from the break pads?
a bearing would mean the noise would always be there no?
could be timing belt?
or water pump compressor going maybe?
bringing it to shop tomorrow to leave it with them for the day
also i came out this morning and my truck wouldnt start
id turn the key and it would just go " CLICK" CLICK CLICK
got it going after several attempts
kept happening every time i turned off the truck

i bought a starter motor, 380 bucks with 40 core..
i think ill wait to get the shop to see if thats what it is first , so if its something simpler i can return it. rather then trying to install it myself

Yeah, especially since you just had a new engine dropped in.

I broke the stock rear end, But I beat the ever loving Hell out of it doing 4k RPM launches.
And a few doughnuts in some wet grass.
