Default Front bearing and axle question

A few weeks ago I started to notice the tell tale "whoosh whoosh" grinding noise of an impending bearing failure which kind of surprised me because I changed the front hub bearings about 25K miles ago. Today I noticed a new "click click" noise and feeling in the steering wheel when turning right that would seem to indicate a bad CV joint. So do you guys think it's possible the front axle is bad and could also be causing the grinding noise or would it just make sense to replace both the bearings and axles while I've got the truck up and apart?

Thanks in advance,

JR

I had this problem with mine, and Dodge replaced the entire front. differential. I think I say a sticky on this problem. Check it out.
