Default LED Headlights?

Has anyone put LED headlights in yet? If so, any issues with them? Installation tips?

I've heard of blinkers and taillights but never seen LEDs for headlights.

They are getting there. The problem is making a replacement bulb that won't overheat, there isn't much room for a heatsink in a stock enclosure. The aftermarket for other brands have some really pricey headlights that come with LEDs, and Infiniti makes an LED headlight for some of their models. Basically, it's a matter of retrofitting a LED set from something else into our stock assembly, which is a bug pain and still expensive.

They are out there. Quite expensive IMO.

I ordered mine from Olympus Off Road

Waiting for them to show up, is the only issue I'm having at the moment. That and finding a longer shaft T30 to remove my lenses easier.

Well, I figure to fit in there easier, I need at least an 8" shaft, anything under 5" is too short, which is all I'm finding at the moment.

Keep weather away from that, those fans wear out in computers and that's about as safe as it gets. Out in the elements I'd keep and eye on them.

The light mounting bolts are also a 10mm bolt head with the torx in the top. I just use a long extension with a 10mm socket all three bolts come out fine.
