Default Upper A Arm Question?

I have an 06 4x4 Dakota and I have a question. Is there a difference between the left and right side or not? And Has anyone found them that are greaseable ball joints? I keep finding sealed ones.

Quick peek over to Oreilly Autoparts looks like the upper control arms are the same on both sides. As far as being greaseable? Looks like the arms from Moog are.

They are the same on both sides. As for greaseable, I'm pretty sire both Moog and Raybestos are; don't think that Dorman and Mevotech are though.

I don't think moog was either. There are two moog arms that fit ours, one is The original quality, then the other is their economy line which is half the price but still sake price as raybestos.

Moog does have one that does (or at least did) have grease nipples - I believe the package I got for my truck had something like Moog Nascar on it for the branding.

Has anyone used the Raybestos Upper Control Arms? They are a sealed ball joint but if they will last, I can live with that.

I'd go w/the non-greasable.
Here's why: one truck I had (bought new), a non-greasable tie rod end wore out at ~100 K miles, a new greasable one cost more than a non-greasable one. I figured if the original non-greasable lasted 100 K miles why should I pay more for one that I'm going to have to grease ever 3 or 5 K miles?
I replaced both tie rod ends w/non-greasable, drove the truck for another 100 K miles and never had a problem w/the tie rod ends in that time.
YMMV
