Lower Strut Mount Bolt?

Wait, are you and I both confusing the strut bolt with the control arm bolt? Which IS a special bolt as it is used to align the front end. The bolt for the lower strut mount is just a plain ol bolt and nut. As in the first pic in this thread:

I would think a normal grade 8 bolt could be used as a replacement, no?
