Tried pressing it more firmly into place while holding the back of the OBD port, same error.

When updating, I think it did fail to achieve a connection to the server the first time I updated it... but it didn't start the download, as far as I could tell. I would hope that once a connection was established and the download was successful, there would be no remaining code that could cause an error like this, but who knows.

Ya I tried the same thing, no joy here either. Guess we just get to wait till the 5th to see what Ron has to say.

You already have a case open with them, what did he say they were doing?

Edit: just found a guy on the Jeep forum with the same problem. I'm going to see what he has to say.

I'm starting to think Superchips techs are going to have to go check the file. I'm thinking they messed up somewhere.

The most recent thing I heard was from a Customer Service Rep at Superchips. He told me that he was turning over all of the information that I gave him to their "engineers" and that he would get back to me.

Guess it is just a waiting game for Superchips to go back to work. I'll keep you posted once I get any kind of response.

Looks like there is about 4 of us so far on the Jeep side having the same problem. We just had a safety recall for software that was done and it bricked our 4 low. We're able to fix it by clearing the false DTC and the Flashpaq makes that possible. So there has been a bump in sales for the Jeep. Should start seeing a rise in these problems posted to the Superchips forum.

So one of the guys on the jeep forum had the same problem. They fixed it for him in about 2 weeks. They just have to rewrite the program, test it and then we can download it.

So now we wait
