Yep, those things are a biotch just like the lower strut bolts. Chrysler uses non service-removable lock tight on just about every fastener. I ended up destroying mine trying to get them out and had to get new ones. Dealer only part and like $40 each.

Well, the problem with that is, they reside in rubber bushings. In order to heat the bolt enough to soften the thread-locker compound, I would imagine that you would ruin the bushing.
Going off topic again, I heated and beat those Bolts (and no I don't mean my wife or son) too death before getting out my cut off tool. Ugh.... the nightmare they were...
