2" JMR Differential Drop Bracket
If I were to buy JMR's 2" Diff Drop Bracket for my Dak, is there anything extra I would need? Or do I just need the bracket? I used the search bar first and couldn't find any answers and I checked JMR's website and that didn't answer my question either. So I'm asking here.
That's what I figured. So I need to quit procrastinating and the dang leveling and go ahead and get the bracket and put it all in at once. So if I got this, I could run a 3" leveling kit and only have it seem like an 1" of lift to the controls arms and cv axles, correct?
Or could even use 4" spacers and get 4" inches of lift, if they made spacers that big. Good to know. Thanks.

I would limit the lift to 3" which is what I did.
No problems so far but its only been a year.
I also made offset bushings for the steering rack to drop it about 3/8" which helps a bit with tie rod angles.
doubt it. the arms and knuckles remain as far as I can tell, so your track width decreases as the truck goes up and the a arm angles increase. With more than say 2.5" (no exact magic #) the UCA runs into the coil spring and the ball joints are maxed. Tie rod angles wont be good either, probably would result in too much bump steer, even if the tie rod ends don't bind. Finally, you will have little to no down travel, resulting in even poorer handling than the **** poor stock suspension. Rather dangerous as the tires would leave the ground a lot more. I like to leave as much alone as I can. Tryin to do like dirtfab and just use longer CAs, CVs, and coilovers. Dropping the diff and leveling 3" inches will prob work for u, but be ready for possible alignment, tire wear, and bj probs. maybe the 2wd guys can chime in? they raise em 3."
