I've seen one in person.

I believe it was the Plant owner's kid or it might have been his grandkid who had one. Anyhow, it was frikkin insane. The motor pushed the dash inside back like 6 inches. You open the hood and it literally screamed Viper into your face it was so daggone huge. The entire engine bay had been completely reworked.

This was a 2000+ year model Dakota ClubCab.

I had just gotten my Dakota and happened to run into the guy at a local Steak'n'Shake. Was talkin to him about it and what have you and he was like come check mine out. I being into Dak's went along, damn thing gave me wood for a week.

I just wanted to add that this Dakota was heavily modified up front. The front doghouse looked very similar to something you would see on a Baja style off road truck but you could still tell it was a Dakota.

Guy in Idaho built one. Didint have to move the dash or firewall back (99 model), Was VERY tight fit though.

Yeah, this motor was seriously tricked out. I loved the way the truck was setup. It was lower then a stock ride but not lowered in the sense of dropped. I'd say maybe a 1" up front and 2-3" in the back, just to level it out. Great looking truck though, midnight blue with all chrome badging. Was very very nice.

The side of the truck said Dakota Viper R/T

Was thinking of putting one in mine, but leaving the V6 logos on it.

i heard about the rad rides by troy truck but i cant seem to find pictures of it. You can get the viper setup, motor, trans, rear diff, and computer w/harness for like 13k on ebay. pretty good feedback on the guy too. i was just wondering if i could squeeze one in my regular cab, it would be crazy!
