Default Shaky Steering

Ok about a week ago my wife hit a curb on the drivers side front wheel. She told me she was driving about 5-10 mph when it happened. Now when I drive the steering wheel shakes.

I know I'll need an alignment and balance but I figured I'd check things out. I can't really see anything out of place but there is a lot of grease built behind the disk and I think the sway bar may be bent, I can't see a difference from the passenger side but it looks off. I can't see any place the grease is coming from and I know it wasn't there a month ago from when I did the brakes.

I put a few pictures together if anyone see's anything or has an idea or two I'd appreciate it, thanks.

By the way it's a Dakota 2005.

Pictures Found here.
