Default Leveling Kit help!

I've got one side apart and I'm stuck truckless since apparently a 3-4 hour job will take an entire day. Got the strut mounted back in. Can't get the spring to compress enough to push the upper control arm and lower back together. None of the instructions mention a spring compressor.

If I jack from the lower arm it lifts the entire truck up. If I life from the rotor it compresses the spring but shoots out wildly before you can lift it enough. I have a ratchet strap pulling the upper control arm down.

How did you guys get the arms back together? I read about wrapping a strap from the upper arm and down around the jack. But that just makes your jack go up in the air?

No that doesn't. Like in that other thread i said wrap a ratchet strap around the bottom of the jack (the part touching the floor) and the upper control arm. It will lift the lower control arm up, and pull the upper control arm down.

Yep, wrap that strap around the upper control arm and the floor jack. It when "squeezes" the arms together.
