YEAH, but that's different. THis is a company that wants the truck back for collections. I would consider this if it had a normal title, But notwith it being up for reposesion. It's up for collections because he supposedly didn't pay his deductable for his insurance. SO it seems to me he had full coverage... But, how would they pay him for the truck before him paying for the deductable? seems sketchy as hell....
