Ok cool. I'm sure if I get a new bumper it will come with them but just in case. I suppose I have nothing to lose by trying to push the dent out. I'm not going for perfect it's just a bumper (I'm sure something else will happen in the future at some point ). If it doesn't work out I will just have to get the new bumper. Thanks for help, hopefully I will be able to use the existing bumper.

 

I need to change mine because it's bad on both sides and it has a dent from me backing into a light pole that was cut off? but high enough to hit my bumper, then the same spot, at a new job, sitting in the truck both separate times. Got hit when people try to park close to me.8jwsT9B.jpg

I haven't had time to try and bang mine out yet ( hopefully this week ). I have to replace the sway bar link on the right side because I found out that it snapped, also have to do a few other things on the truck this week so hopefully I can get that done as well. Also if your looking to replace your bumper I found one on rock Auto.
