Hey guys, another EGR problem. Had this code before, engine was running sluggish so I had the EGR replaced, problem went away.

2 months later, installed a super chips tuner and started romping on it. After a few days of running hard it's running sluggish off the line, won't spin the tires, and throwing P0403 again. Does this on xs mileage tune, towing, and even 91 tune with a full tank of 91 octane gas.

Am I diving in replacing this EGR under warranty already? It came on after I spun it up to 6200rpm in 2nd gear just before it shifted to 3rd. If I clear the code it comes right back.
