Default Wheel Offset

So I know on a 2010 Dakota the offset for the wheels is positive 25 mm. What kind of wheels do people have on their trucks and pictures please with the offsets. I am looking at the Ultra Nomad which is a 17x9 and has a 10mm offset on it. Would these fit and what would the effect of the different offset be? I have read up on how offsets work, in my thoughts this would move the wheels out a little bit.
