Default Shaking on highway that intensifies when decelerating

Recently i've had this inconsistent problem where my truck starts shaking/vibrating a little bit when I'm on the highway. It's usually starts after I've been cruising around 65-70mph for a few miles. If I keep driving at that speed it typically goes away after another few miles. I haven't taken any long trips to know if it comes back. If I let off the gas or brake during this (usually getting off the highway), it intensifies to the point where I can hear the change rattling in my console but then goes away once I come to a stop and start driving again. Anyone know what this could be? I don't think it's rotors because it starts while I'm cruising, not braking, and it doesn't happen all the time.

Well, if it was rotors you would feel the problem under brake usage. What you are describing leads me to point towards U-joints, initially.
