I love cutting apart bad ideas!

 

Before you weld up those uniball cups, i would flip them over. You generally always want the machined end of the cup on the load bearing side. So with the adjustable nut facing down. The weight of the truck is always being applied upwards into the stronger side of the cup vs. Possibly blowing out that nut....ive seen it happen.

 

Word.

Thought I was being smart leaving the adjustable side up for convenience. Bummer. Just tacked it; easy to flip. Thank you.
