I bought mine from partstrain.com a little less then $300 shipped, but if you are using the stock shifter I would order the shifter extension for the dodge ram from PA.

Don't know about roof rails, but that truck is screaming for some nightrunner headlights.

Those roof rails and some cross bars would be a nice place to put a safari rack. with a high lift jack, and shovels or a pick or whatever on the sides. holding the spare and some jerry cans. and a light bar handing off the front of the safari rack....
