Default 07 Dakota

Hi everybody
I have a n 07 Dodge Dakota, with the 3.7 engine. Out of nowhere it will die and restart immediately. No codes. I have tried a new crank and cam sensors to no luck. It does it more when it is below 30 degrees outside or when the truck is cold. It also throws itself in to neutral occasionally. Again no codes. Even the dealer is baffled. Any suggestions? We have tried a different PCM also.

Lets start with the most simple first: battery, battery cables and connections to the terminals and components. This almost sounds like a grounding issue.
