Will second gen Dakota caps fit our body style...both are quad cabs

 

It will fit, but it will be slightly off. Read this thread.

 

My 2010 has a 2001 A.R.E. cap on it. Painted to match and looks alright. Body lines don't match up perfectly but you don't really notice it unless you are told about it. I didn't notice it until I bought the truck and had it home a few days!

 

I sold my proper cap and a year later wound up with a 2002 cap, a little bit off but unless you're really looking for it you won't notice. Sealed up fine, no leaking at least. Just the fangs at the front the way the box goes forward and down.

Dakotaff, where did you find your fender flares?
