If you plan to do any offroading A) sway-bar delete and B) make sure you have a limited slip rear diff.

I'm assuming you have an automatic? With the stick its harder to do the body lift as PA doesn't specifically make a lift for a manual. Basically it's just missing the shift extension. Someone on here did one recently on a manual though so we know it can work. I've been going to do it but need struts and front brakes first.

The sway-bar is what connects the control arms and can be removed at any time. Removing it will allow the right and left sides of the suspension travel independently of one another which is a necessity offroad and IMO makes on road handle better. But definitely get some Monroe or Rancho shocks if you do any offroading. Rancho is stiffer and better offroad but Monroe quickstruts are far easier to install.

The LSD either came factory or didn't. Do a search and you can find several threads about how to find out. Sorry to p*** on your parade, but without LSD in the rear offroading will be difficult, as all power will be sent to the wheel with less traction. There are aftermarket ones but they are pricey.
