Third gen Dak's don't have a fuel filter in the line, just the one in the tank.

It can be very hard to diagnose the problem for you through written word. There is no easy way for us to understand what you're experiencing from our end.

Does this lack of power feel like the engine is cutting in and out? Like it's running out of gas? Like you shut off the key? Does the exhaust sound muffled and weak? Is the check engine light on?

Basically what you've said so far is like me saying "My television won't turn on, how do I fix it?" I hope I don't sound rude, but please, help us out a bit!

2 things being an 06 with that many miles, clogged cat will mess with truck, start truck and have someone put there hand over tail pipe while you rev the engine, see how much pressure you feel, other thing, the IAC may need to be changed out, simple electronic mechanism that controls the butterfly in the throttle body,

So everything is fine except when you step on it and it gets to about 2500 RPM it starts to sputter and jerk really hard and wont stop until it gets back down to like 2200 RPM, even if you take your foot off the petal.
Replaced the cam sensor twice, replaced the trucks computer, had it checked by several mechanics and took it to a Dodge dealership and no one has been able to even tell me whats wrong with it!

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you!

At this point I think you need a brand new electronic throttle body. People are overlooking this part. They break all the time. Terrible design

The last post that you replied to was about 8 years ago.
They probably have moved on.
